So I finally went and bought me a digital camera! I've been thinking about it for a long time, and I finally took the step to do it. The choice fell on the Olympus Camedia C-740 UZ. It has 10x optical zoom, and 3.2 megapixels.
I bought the camera on friday, september 12, and on saturday I was out in the woods, trying it out. I was very happy with some of the pictures, so I wanted to publish them here. Hopefully, I will show some improvement over time... They are published under the "First day" menu item.
I also have to say that I am not a skilled photographer, only a happy amateur hoping to learn more as I go along.
